Tonight, after my little guy had gone to bed it started to rain. It didn't rain long, but I noticed that the sun was still shining. And needing a little therapy, I went to this cattle farm down the road from us. I have a little love for cows- especially calves. I don't know what it is, but every time we pass a farm with calves I "oooh" and "ahhh" like they're human babies I'm seeing for the first time. This first little one was very curious about me, but as you can tell, mama quickly stepped in to make sure I wasn't a threat. By the end of my mini photo session, all the mamas were in front of me, with the calves standing off behind them. Isn't it sweet what can come out of a "I need to do something to cheer me up" kind of evening?
Kaylee & Braydon {Cake Smash}
Sunday, June 9, 2013
I first photographed these cuties when they were about 5 months old. It's so fun to see how they're growing and changing! And after seeing how much TWO children run around, I say this to their parents, "Bless you both and may you have lots of energy!" For Kaylee and Braydon's one year celebration, we had Mickey & Minnie cakes by Brandi at Sweet Treats. I think they both enjoyed their afternoon treat (especially Kaylee, who dug into Braydon's cake before he did!). Check out my Facebook page to see more from Kaylee & Braydon's 1 year session.

May Photo A Day: Day 21: { I Care About This...}
Tuesday, May 21, 2013
I told you all I'm horrible at these things! Atleast I'm trying to start back up (don't mind the Instagram pic, this was last minute). I care about this....my son. He is so amazing in many ways. Not only do I care about him, his happiness, his well being, but I also care about the fact that I am able to spend precious moments such as this with him daily. I know not every parent has these moments, so I treasure them. Please feel free to share your daily photos on my Facebook page and follow along at Fat Mum Slim. :)

May Photo A Day: Day Three { This is Really Good! }
Friday, May 3, 2013
Don't judge. Every once in awhile I enjoy having a chocolate covered doughnut. And I figured since we'll be rushing around in the morning getting ready to head to the airport, this is the perfect opportunity to enjoy one....or two. ;) In the following days, my photos will be on Facebook via my iPhone as I won't have a computer or editing software to work with. Have a great weekend everyone!

May Photo A Day: Day Two { Morning Ritual }
One of my morning rituals is to feed our dog, Isabelle. It's not a ritual I enjoy, strictly because I get pounced on to get up and do it. Don't forget that you can follow along too at Fat Mum Slim and please leave your daily photo on my Facebook page. I'd love to see what you do!

May Photo A Day: Day 1 { I Bought This! }
Wednesday, May 1, 2013
I've tried doing daily photo challenges in the past with no luck. It seems that time slips by and I get too far behind to continue. Well, I'm giving it another try! You can follow along at Fat Mum Slim. The daily prompts are there and it encourages creativity. Day One: "I Bought This!" I bought.....a pedicure! I know, just what you wanted to look at- my feet. Sorry this one isn't more entertaining- I haven't gotten out to buy much lately. :( But, I haven't had a pedicure in over a year and it was so great to buy something for myself (all of you moms know where I'm coming from!). Please feel free to join in on the fun and leave your daily photos on my Facebook page.

Cash {Cake Smash}
Monday, April 15, 2013
Cash. A cool name for a cool kid. I had SO much fun meeting this little guy the other day. He has such a sweet personality and adorable smile! We had a slow start to the smashing of the cake, but I learned one thing from Cash. Gentlemen use forks. Ha! That's all it took- gave the little man a fork and he was set to go! Don't forget to check out my Facebook page to see more photos from Cash's 1 year session.
